After a luxurious and exciting three days in Victoria Falls at the legendary Victoria Falls Hotel, we will visit two stunning locations to give you a well-rounded and varied trip Beginning in Hwange, we spend two nights at Nehimba Lodge where elephants regularly come and drink from the swimming pool!
After exploring this part of the wilderness we game drive to a camp that is one of the only places you can see rhino in Hwange and also visit their community and school projects. You can enjoy game drives and walks with their excellent guides.
Hwange is Zimbabwe’s largest game park. Its sheer size means that its scenery, vegetation and game vary hugely, ranging from the semi-desert scrub on the edge of the Kalahari in the south, to forests, granite hills and valleys of mopane woodlands in the north. The national park is home to over 100 mammal species, including lion and leopard and is known for its large population of elephants.
Finally, Zimbabwe’s version of the beach with Lake Kariba offers excellent game viewing and your chance to relax and enjoy some boat cruises, fishing, walks, and the beautiful lake views.
