The Ultimate Zambia and Malawi Experience
This tour is extremely special and has been put together for highly experienced travellers who have been to Africa many times before. You have been on safari in some of the best-known destinations and spotted plenty of wildlife; now it is time to go to the next level. Zambia is always near the top of all wish-lists and Malawi is known as an undiscovered gem – but on this itinerary we go way off the beaten track to offer an exclusive wilderness experience to a select few clients. After exploring a different side of the world-famous South Luangwa National Park at Chikunto and Tafika we will fly into North Luangwa – an area that for many epitomizes true remoteness. We stay at Mwaleshi, a proper bush camp and go deep into a national park very few people are lucky enough to visit. The next stage of our adventure takes us to neighbouring Malawi and we rest up on the outskirts of the laid-back capital city, Lilongwe. We then head for Liwonde, a rising star on the safari scene since the reintroduction and careful management of wildlife and stay at Mvuu Lodge. We get a chance to witness the positive effects of sound conservation policies at first hand and experience a different safari environment based around the river. To end our trip we travel to the stunning Blue Zebra Island Lodge to relax and enjoy Lake Malawi before returning home with memories for a lifetime.
