Located amongst rolling plains, plateaus, river banks and miombo vegetation, Chikunto Safari Lodge is renowned for its surviving wildlife species, providing breath taking scenery and game viewing right from its sweeping terrace and your doorstep.The main area incorporates reception, dining area, bar and lounge under a thatch roof. Out-side just some steps away, there is a big fire pit to sit around and enjoy your drink before or after dinner. The salt-water (no chlorine) swimming pool has a counter-current system for those who wants to do some exercise.Also the whole main area is raised on a 1.5m high wooden deck overlooking the Luangwa River.
